Investment Questions

Who can invest in SukukFi?

  • Individual DeFi investors seeking stable, non-correlated returns
  • DAOs and crypto-native funds
  • Accredited investors and family offices
  • Institutional investors looking for real world yield

What are SukukFi's platform fees?

Investors are not charged management or withdrawal fees. A performance fee of up to 20% may apply to profit distributed from pools; SukukFi may waive this fee for specific pools, campaigns, or periods at its discretion. The fee treatment in effect for each pool is shown in pool documentation and at deposit.

Settlement and telecom transaction fees apply to businesses using the CommTrade platform, not to capital providers depositing into pools. See the Platform Fees documentation for the full fee schedule.

What is the expected return or APY?

We target 10-20% base return equivalent in profit shares for underwriting credit and payment terms to customers when funding supplier terms in our transaction chains. Yields can be boosted by providing liquidity on DeFi AMMs using the bond tokens issued when stablecoins are deposited into pools. Yields will be compounded if investors do not withdraw their liquidity from the pools.

How can I withdraw or exit my position?

Redemptions use the same async ERC-7540 flow as deposits. See How to Redeem & Withdraw. If stablecoins are available in the vault, withdrawal may complete after fulfillment. If capital is deployed, the request queues until liquidity returns. You may also sell duPRT on Kodiak subject to market liquidity.
